Shipping policy

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed via our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

A. SHIPPING COSTS

We currently ship only within Belgium.

We offer free shipping on all orders of €50 or more.
For orders below €50, a shipping fee of €4.95 will be applied.

All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout. No hidden fees apply.

B. PROCESSING TIME, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF

Processing time: 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday)
Order cut-off time: 22:00 (CET), Monday to Friday

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

C. DELIVERY TIME (TRANSPORT TIME)

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

• Belgium: 3–5 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

D. CARRIERS

We use reliable and recognized carriers such as bpost, DHL, and other local courier services to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

E. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

F. CHANGES OF ADDRESS

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

G. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

H. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transport, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
